How to Opt Out or Get Help
Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive messages from this program. No further messages will be sent following that confirmation. You may also contact support@eliteivygroup.com for assistance.
Consent and Privacy
Mobile information, opt-in data, and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes and will not be sold. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message service.
Quiet Hours
SMS messages will not be sent between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. in the recipient’s local time.
Carrier and Delivery
Participating carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, Cricket Wireless, Boost Mobile, and Metro by T-Mobile. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider.
